Nov 24, 8am – 10am  and Dec 1, 8am – 10am

Kansas City Tradition Comes to City Market
City Market and the Kansas City Museum have partnered to present Breakfast with the Kansas City Museum’s Fairy Princess. On two Saturdays, Nov. 24 and Dec. 1, 8:00-10:00 a.m., in the Paddlewheel Atrium of the Arabia Steamboat at City Market, the Kansas City Museum’s Fairy Princess will host an enchanting experience for children that includes a child-friendly buffet breakfast, meet-and-greet, and holiday entertainment. Each child will receive a special gift from the Fairy Princess to commemorate their visit.
The Fairy Princess tradition began in 1935 at Kline’s Department Store at 11th and Main in Downtown Kansas City and grew into a local icon after decades as a holiday attraction for children. In 1987, 17 years after Kline’s permanently closed, The Kansas City Museum revived the Fairy Princess as an annual holiday presentation.
Advanced tickets are required for Breakfast with the Fairy Princess. Adults: $20, children 12 and under: $10. A limited quantity is available and must be purchased online. Limit 8 per person.
